I have always had a great experiences with Marchese/Freedom Chevrolet. i have purchased 2 pick-up trucks there, had my wife's suburban serviced their numerous times and they sponsor our local little league. Unfortunately, my wife's suburban needed a new transmission and it did not go well. The price quoted the first time was $3,900 then $7,500 then $6,000 then finally paid $6,237. And the wrong transmission was ordered. They had my car for 1 month with little to no communication, i would receive 5 calls in 15 minutes which I could not answer because I was at work when i call back 30 minutes later there is no one to talk to. i hope this does not happen to me again or anyone else. I wish i didn't listen to my wife and fix the car because it pains me to look at it but $6,237 is better than $92,000 on a new one. Good luck Pat Leach Montrose, NY 10548

Everything was done promptly and they had the car ready to go.

I came in to have the squealing of my brakes checked and waited an hour. At that time ,the service writer came not me and said that there was nothing wrong with the brakes. I was not given a remedy and sent on my way. I was a good customer of the old owner and that's why I came to you.

They Did The Work But Left My Drivers Window Open In The Rain

Staff is Friendly, knowledgeable, well stocked with new and used vehicles. Got me in and out as expected.

Took in my 2025 Chevrolet equinox activ because of transmission fluid drip leak under vehicle. They replaced seal and necessary components required. Vehicle was under warrantee. They gave me courtesy transportation. Had vehicle 1 week and everything is fine. No drips or leaks. Very happy problem is solved.

Efficient, friendly and comfortable waiting area. Took the truck early and got the required work done within a reasonable window of time. Excellent!
